Can anyone help me with Parmenides's deductive reasoning?

a police man busts down five drug houses and the dealers are now off the streets. is this police man a good guy? it would seem so and would would seem that he is against drugs. but the other angle you are not looking at is that this police man is the ring leader of drugs in this town and the only ones that he arrests are the ones that screw him over. so he is not so good after all.
