Roast beef in a crock pot?!?

Actually it will be done. Add some thick slices of onions and a few garlic cloves for great flavor. I also add a can of beef broth to my roast when cooking in the crock pot. Keeps the meat very moist. Check after 4 1/2 hours to see if it is tender and you will know when you pull the meat with a fork. If done just turn to low until ready to serve.
