How can I get perfect skin? Any dermatologists out there?

I am 14 year old girl, my skin is very pale with red blotches, greasy spots on the cheeks with large pores, but spots of dry skin all over. I have millions of blackheads, and I just look terrible. My confidence is shot, I do everything for my skin. I wash it before and after school, and in the shower. I wash my hair (just saying...I don't know if hair has anything to do with breakouts) I think my skin is hereditary, which isn't fair because I try way too hard to achieve the most beautiful skin. It isn't fair, no one wants to talk to me because of it, I feel that when people look at me...their looking at the big red zit on my face. It's terrible. Please, please, please, help.
