What if the benoit tragedy was kayfabe?

Pay no attention to the people attacking you because it's obvious that they lack creativity and are closed-minded. I actually thought about this a few times. I'd definately be shocked, but I'd also be excited to see him do what he loved so much once again. If this were kayfabe, it's be interesting to know how the police, sheriff, coroners etc would explain their involvement in helping someone fake their own death. Maybe they could reveal that last year when Randy Orton was trying to buy a gun, he was buying it to kill Benoit and the only way to prevent this was to fake a Benoit death and send him to some sort of witness protection program.
