JOBS FOR PAROLEES IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!!?

my husband is in parole and he wants to change and he has alot but he cant get a job anywhere because hes in parole for a robbery that he did when he was 19 hes 23 now and he is totally changed but he cant get a job anywhere because he is still on parole for another 2 years what can he do i heard theres companys that might take parolees where can they if anyone knows please let me know. thank you....
