Im 15 almost 16 i havnt had my period yet help please!!?

i have had daily brown discharge, and thought ok im gonna get my visit from aunt flo, wrong! i have had the discharge for almost 2 years wat do i do, i have been to my dr and a obgyn, they said it was yeast gave me a pil and when i came back everything was alright i told them i still had discharge, they ignore me, and the discharge stinks... I know this isnt good but i have seen every doctor covered by medicaid in my county!
