Can I buy a phone on verizon and get only texting?

So i'm planning to get a cellphone on verizon for unlimited texting only, no minutes because i don't use calls. I was planning to get the HTC Ozone™? Do any of your guys know how much an individual unlimited texting plan is on verizon?
