Is it okay to wear this to an anime convention?

Well my friends and I are going to an anime convention soon and seeing how both of us are completely broke we decided to go as 'y' ino and sakura. The sakura costume would be a white sports bra like think but it isnt a sports bra with lace on the sides, a red silk sports bra like thingy ontop of that, white biker shorts, red silk 'skirt' that you tie in a knot on one hip, sakuras boots, black headband, pink wig, white arm warmers. For ino it'd be a black sports bra like thingy with a purple cloth billowing out at the neck which hooks to some black biker shorts (still shows stomach) purple 'skirt' which also ties on the hip, ninja sandals, headband, black arm warmers, and then her hair is blond and long enough to be ino's....Is this ok to wear to a convention?? Will people be fine with us or will they flame us?? this is our first con so we don't know much.
