Is there any value of Special B.Com. conducted by Indira Gandhi National Open University for those doing CA?

A special B.Com. Is conducted by IGNOU for students doing CA course in which only 5 subjects are there. In this type of B. Com. the degree will be the same which is given to the normal B. Com. students. Will there be difficulty of getting job while applying for it due to studying of only five subjects.
