Is this a good snowboard set up?

i just got a brand new 2010 flow merc 151 snowboard and brand new 2011 union dlx bindings for a little under $250. I have only gone snowboarding 4 times but am still pretty good considering. I'm wondering what you think of the setup and what you think of the price.
