Score of 217 on PSAT/NMSQT?

I'm a junior and I got a 217 on my PSAT (70 in CR, 77 in M, and 70 in W), which puts me in the 99th percentile. I was wondering if this would qualify me to become a National Merit Scholarship semi-finalist? I recall hearing somewhere before that they usually take those in th 96th percentile and over, in which case I would certainly qualify. I know that we don't find out for sure about whether we get to move on to the next level until next fall, but I figure I can probably get an idea of whether I will from scores from past years.
