Violence Restraining Order Objection hearing? Help!?
i have a vro against my ex partner after leaving a 2 year relationship from hell, he has objected to the order and we have an objection hearing coming up in 2 months. he has breached this order 50 - 60 times (ive kept a diary) and he has been charged with 2 breaches and got a $100 fine BIG DEAL EH? he has been summonsed for 8 more charges apparently. he has concucted up emails before, saying ive sent them to him, inviiting him over etc which i most certainly HAVE NOT SENT HIM. the police seized my computer etc and found no evidence to support his claims but he is at it again, concucting up emails etc and he has also just put a VRO against me? whether its a tit for tat game he is playing i wouldnt put anything past him. the police are charging him with the emails within the next few days so if he has used that excuse to get the vro against me, can i object to it if the police have already proven it to be false? also, he would have been charged with 8 breaches by the time the hearing comes for him objecting to my vro, so will that go in my favour? he has set me up many times to cover his backside when he's brached the vro But i have been cleared by police every time. just worried that he will set me up somehow AGAIN and make me look like the provoker when im just trying to get on with my life! thanks
