the other day i did a very intense workout because i had quite a bit of junk food but today i had a salad with dressing, 2 chocolate gronola bars, 1 healthier granola bar, 2 fig newtons, cereal and omlette but did less workout. (i always work out until i sweat) at this rate will i lose any weight? should i cut all sugars, fats ect.|? did i waste my exercising
