Have you ever been "poled", and is being pole racked in the like this, as bad as it seems?

Has anyone been pole racked into a pole.. where a bunch of peeps pick you up and hold you on your back and ram your nuts into a pole full blast (like as a joke hazing or initiation).. and is it as bad as it looks.. like worse than a kick or not as bad??
