Is it true that police enforcing new law regarding men wearing accessories in sharjah?

That law has been enforced at least 4 years back, and then they decided to raise the awareness as many people got caught by not knowing about this. As we all know this is an Islamic country and we all have to follow the laws even though not all residents are muslims.
