If your Pregnant and Sick is the baby sick to ?

I have been Sick With Asthma and Bronchitis for a little over a week i even had to call off work and go to the hospital twice because the med, they gave me was not working but since I'm sick does that mean since I'm 20 weeks Pregnant does that mean the baby is sick to?
